As of 4/14, any orders that were processed through our website were considered pre-orders. All orders since 4/14 have been shipped as of today 5/1. Thanks for your patience. Keep in mind all international orders have a tracking # but it will only show when it leaves U.S. customs and then when it is delivered. When it leaves U.S. customs delivery time is determined by the time it takes your local customs to process the shipment and we are unable to give updated info on the location at that point.
